Casement Window Bottom Hinge Failed

Question

This casement hinge hardware from a window supplied by Huttig Building Supplies in 2009 failed at the rivet connecting the bottom of the window to the track due to rust. Part #31272 is from sister window with opposite handing. Window with broken hinge swings out opening to left - righted handed. Request recommended replacement part or parts.

We don't sell an exact replacement for this hinge assembly, but you may be able to use our 36-048 as an alternative. Just make sure to check the length of the base track to ensure that it's the same length at 10". Also note that you would need to replace the top and bottom at the same time. You never want to mix old and new hinge assemblies.
