Casement Window Crank

I would like to change the handle on the crank to a T type handle. The make of the windows are Malta 7B4. I think the opening is 3/8, but I am not sure which 3/8 T will fit in that color. There is a 4 on the inside of the current handle. Thanks

Double check the size of the hole that accepts the spline. This looks more like the kind of operators that have a spline diameter 11/32" to me. If so, the 39-102 would work as a replacement. But let me know if that diameter checks out.
