Casement Window Crank

Question

I've attached three images of a window crank I need to replace (ridges inside have worn down).  No identification markings on the handle itself or the window.  Overall length of the handle is 3", and hole that attaches to the window is 3/8".  Thanks!

If you're confident that the opening that accepts the operator spline is 3/8" in diameter, take a look at our 39-104 and see if you think it could work for you. Thank you!
