Casement Window Crank

The window crank is bent and releases the pin/barrel that holds the crank wheel.

The label on the window says CODE: HII NFRC CLCASE 2650 HII-1-006-7/14-15 97-M

Could you please confirm which replacement handle I need?

Hi Susan. I'm pretty sure we can help, but we need to see the entire link arm to ID this operator. Can you remove it from the window and show it to us? Its shape should help narrow this down. Thanks.

That's perfect, thanks. Check out the 39-187 and 39-188. Look over the dimensions to confirm this type of operator matches.
