Hello there. Thanks for your post. Give our 39-286 Casement Window Operator a look. Compare the dimensions with your own to be sure. What do you think?

Bob, thanks for the help. I have found out that the handle in need, is a TRUTH part. The # 39-286 looks a little small in dimension. Anything with approximately a 2 1/8" to center hole dimension?

If it is Truth brand, then you might be looking for our 39-114L Crank Handle; the center hole-to-arm length is closer to what you're looking for. Could you please double check your gear hole diameter? All Truth brand handles are 11/32", rather than 3/8". Be as precise as possible and see if this is a closer match to your needs. To be safe, you could also send us a picture of the entire operator, arms included; that would definitely help us confirm the handle you need.
