Good afternoon,
I recently moved into a home with many large casement windows. Unfortunately, all but one came with non-folding crank handles, which get in the way of the window treatments. I want to try to replace them with folding handles. Are you able to help me identify what parts I need to swap out?
I am located in Philadelphia, and would be interested in learning about any on-site installation services you may offer if you're nearby (I see you're in NJ)

See our 39-220B Dyad Operator. I think this might be what you need, but look over the dimensions to confirm. For new handles & covers, see our 39-376 or 39-452, depending on the style you prefer.
I am afraid we don't offer any installation service. Watch the video below that shows how to install this type of operator. If in doubt, hire a pro.

I may be missing something, but I can't get the arm to detach from the bracket on the window. It looks like it's just a snap attachment. Is there a secret to disconnecting them?

Hello there. You will need to use a flat blade screw driver placed between the arm and bracket to separate the two. If you still have trouble separating the two try a little lubricant like WD-40. That should help.
