Casement Window Crank Hinge Replacement Set

Question

Not certain what type of crank hinge this is. It has a slide track under the window as well as one along the frame. It appears to have 3 arms. Can you help me please?

Hey Dave. That third arm you see is part of your window's casement hinge, perhaps our 36-048. Your operators might be our 39-253LB and 39-253RB, which use the 39-529 track slider. But there is a very similar operator that is in fact has a different slider attached, so it would be best to see the operator out of the window, with clear views of the appendage, to confirm this.
