Casement Window Crank Operator

My Casement window (Norco)crank operator (scissor type)is damaged and no longer allows me to close the window. The threaded portion around the crank shaft/screw backs out of the operator during closure attempts. the arms that attach to the window sash bracket have the number 30895

Please take a look at the 39-083 Dual Arm Crank, I believe this looks like the size you need.

Compare the measurements of the 39-083 to your original before considering it as a replacement.
