Casement Window Crank and Mechanism

Question

Need replacement parts for casement windows for both left and right side. I have included pictures of the left side casement so would need part number for right side as well. The mechanism arm is 7.5" from the bend to the roller. Also, looking at Outside Pic2.jpg shows the mechanism mounted with a piece of wood over top the screws. I don't understand how to remove the screws unless the piece of wood over screws is cut and removed.

Hello!

Your operator brings the 39-413 to mind, but the arm is 9-1/2" long when measured from the gear's center to the roller's center. You'll want to measure as we show in the photo below to see if this part matches what you need.

You will also need to remove the wooden sill, as shown in the video below. The featured operator is different, but the process for removing the sill is the same.
