Need some help identifying and finding some older casement window guide tracks. Maki made these windows, but they sent me the incorrect parts.

Hi, Matt.

It looks like you need a new hinge. We don't have one with a 13" base but take a look at our 36-049. This has a 14" base but should work fine as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Look over our specifications and see what you think.
