The one arm will not stay on the track.  I think buying a replacement kit for the whole thing would be best

Wow, that's quite the offset. It almost looks like someone bent it manually. Before we recommend anything, can you remove the operator from the window entirely and show me one picture of the whole thing? Please make sure it's a clear top-down photo that shows the complete mechanism in one shot. That will help us find a replacement
