Casement Window Hardware

Question

I am trying to find replacement hardware for matching left and right casement windows. Please see images for measurements. The right casement hardware has a number stamped.  Difficult to read, but it looks like 10304, or 10804.  I cannot locate any other window labels, manufacturer IDs, or any other markings. Tax records show the home was built in 2011.
