Thanks for reaching out to us! We have a replacement recommendation that will likely work to replace your existing operator but it will likely require making modifications to the window to install. That said, I will need to see the operator removed from the window to identify the correct replacement. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the operator arm(s) and how the operator connects to the sash.

I'll also need to see a photo of the lock completely removed from the window to determine if there is a suitable replacement we can supply you with. It would also be helpful to see a photo of the hardware this lock is compatible with. I cannot make any guarantees that we can supply you with the replacements you need but I am happy to take a look!
