It's difficult to make out what kind of operator you have from this angle, but I'm reminded of our 39-171. Look it over and see how well it compares to the original. We also sell the 36-048 hinge and 39-114L handle.

When replacing the hinge, first make sure to check that the base track is the same size at 10". Also note that bot the top and bottom have to be replaced at the same time.
