Casement Window Hardware Replacement Identification

These window were installed in New Mexico in 1997 and the slider rail is failing on many of them.

It looks like you may have the 39-096 and 39-097 Pella operators. Take a look at the specifications to confirm they match what you need. The handle, 39-109B, is sold separately.
