Casement Window Hinge Kit and Operator

Question

In 2014 I installed Milgard casement windows.  The lower hinge for a same size window in the attached pictures broke and requires replacement.  I am unable to get the part from Milgard.  Additionally, the operators for 3 of the windows are corroded.  I've not been able to find hardware that matches the dimensions or types from the original manufacture.  I request assistance in identifying OEM replacement parts or suitable replacement parts to make the appropriate repairs.

Hello,

Your operator resembles one of the Encore-style operator pairs shown in the video below. I would recommend detaching the long arm from the sash track to confirm which end fitting matches yours.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement hinges with a 13" base but the 14" long 36-049 hinge pair could still work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
