Casement Window Hinge Replacement

A quick learner says:

The bottom hardware that connects to the window is rusting and has failed. The operator is a entry guard that is still in good working order. It looks like the 2-bar hinge set 10" (36-048) will work on the unit but I need to find the parts for what is connected to the window itself. Please see attached pics.
