The hinges of my casement window are rusty and need to be replaced. Attached are photos of the hinges. How easy will it be to replace them?

I don't believe your exact hinges are made anymore, but you should be able to use our 36-048 as a substitute. The video below will show you how this kind of hardware is installed.
