Casement Window Locking Handle Needed

I am looking for a replacement for a Republic Casement Window locking handle. Measured on the outside it is roughly

4 3/4 high, the screws are 3 7/8 inches apart. Please note that the photo is of a right side window, I need the latch for a left side window.

Our 38-096 and 38-139 look similar to what you have here. Go over the specifications and see how they compare with your old lock. Note, you'll also want to pay close attention to the projection of the locking fork.
