13" long piece and the two other pieces, that are somewhat warped, appear to be 7" in length.

Hello there. See our 36-004-14 14" Hinge Set. This should fit a casement window that originally used 13" hinges, so long as there is enough room on the sill and if you replace both hinges in the window. Take a look and see if you think this set matches what you had.
