Casement Window Multi-point Lock with broken off lever

The center holes are 3 1/2" apart.
I can not find any markings on the item that can identify the manufacturer.
Do you have anything that looks similar with same center hole pitch?

I made a list of possible replacement locks we carry but their locking forks all have a different reach. Look over their dimensions and see if you think any of these options might work for you.
