Casement Window Opener (Entry Guard - Truth)

Looking for replacement part number for the casement window opener for which i have attached a picture of the hardware. Window is hinged on right hand side (From Inside Home). Please advise if you need any additional information.

Your photo looks like an older version of our 39-031 and 39-032 Entrygard operators. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
