I don't know who the manufacturer is; we bought a long time ago. Can you identify? Do you happen to have these parts?

Hey there!

The operator pictured here brings the 39-220B and 39-221B to mind. These are compatible with the 39-451, 39-452, 39-375, and 39-376 covers with handles (sold separately). For a new hinge, start by taking a look at the 36-048 and 36-049. I recommend you review the specifications for our parts and compare them with yours to see how they match up.
