Believe it to be your 39-139 and 39-504. Also want matching handle and two screen clips with the assorted screws and nuts. Color dark Bronze Manufacturer Kawneer "Sealair" Installed 1998.

For a compatible handle to the 39-139 operator, please see the 39-114L or the 39-205 folding handle.

For the screen clips, I believe you may have style like the 70-28, 70-028A or 70-132. Compare the dimensions to your original to see if one of these matches up.

For installation screws, we would recommend taking your originals to a local hardware store to match up, as the size/length can differ per window. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
