We have a client who needs to replace six of these operators. We believe this is product number 39-253-LB Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount (handle on right side of part). The arm measurements are 10" and 4" as shown in your online catalog.

Hello, It does look like you need an Encore operator but you'll need to follow the video below to choose between the two pairs that we carry, which use different track slides that attach the long arm to the bottom of the sash. Thank you! |
