Casement Window Operator

I am wanting to replace the opener hardware on my Hurd casement window.   I am attaching two photos of the hardware and hoping that you can help identify the proper replacement hardware.  
The long arm is approximately 7-1/2  inches in length. I will want to order both left and right operators.
