I am requesting assistance with identifying replacement casement window operator, cover, and handle. Please see attachment and provide me your parts numbers to order replacement parts.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a suitable replacement for this style of operator. I see that you purchased the 39-253LB style. Although it looks similar, we do not think this style will work for you as your original has a different base style than the Truth brand.
