Casement Window Part Neeed

Question

I spoke to a rep this morning regarding replacement cranks for casement windows. These are the photos with the information. We need these cranks asap for an inspection.The width of the crank base is 5 5/16. The screws measure 4 1/4 center to center. The arm measures 3 inches. Actually, if I can get the plastic sleeve that attaches the crank to the window that would be great. The cranks and arms work good. Here is a separate pic of it.

I believe the part you currently are using has been discontinued; however, we feel our 39-248 operator base may be a good replacement to what you have. What are your thoughts?
