Casement Window Part Neeed

A quick learner from Canada says:

Our house is about 25 years old. Several of the casement windows have brackets which have pulled loose from round nylon? Slider.
Diameter of nylon looks like 5/16". May be 8mm. Would like to source the part if possible. I am attaching 3 pictures.
I live in Ontario Canada.
