Casement Window Parts

Question

I have all casement windows . Needing entire top and bottom hardware. How does one tell if it is right or left? Below are some photos. My house was built in 2007.

Take a look at the video shown below that will help you choose between the two Encore operator pairs that we carry. You'll notice that the primary difference is the slide attached to the straight arm.

As for your hinges, take a look at the 36-048 hinge set that includes replacements for the top and bottom of the sash. Thanks for posting.
