Hello. Yesterday, I had an online chat and they tried helping me find some parts I need to fix a casement window that I'm having a problem with. She suggested sending an email with photos attached, so here it is.
The window was manufactured by "King Windows" of Jamestown, NY, probably 25-30 years ago. The opening/adjustment hardware is stamped with "TRUTH" on the longer adjusting bar (approx 8 1/2" long)shown in the first image I attached.
The end of that bar is supposed to be attached to a little white plastic slider that fits into the bracket on the window. That plastic piece, shown in both the 1st and 2nd image, is cracked in half.
I would appreciate any/all the help you can assist with. If you need more images, please describe what I need to send.
Thank you for your time and help with this.

Hello,
We do not carry replacement hinges with an 8-1/2" long base but the (10") 36-048 set should work as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Note that the range that the window opens may be slightly affected due to the different size of the new hinges.
As for the operator, we'd like to see a clear photo of the base and handle inside the window to help narrow down your options. Thank you!
