Casement Window Replacement Crank Assembly

Landlord from Dover, NH, US

Good afternoon!

I need help identifying the part(s) for this broken crank.

The photo of the window crank was submitted by a tenant, so in order to get additional photos, I would need permission to send somebody back in. I am hoping to be able to get an identification from these photos.

Thank you,

Faith

Hi, Faith.

I'm afraid I can't determine what you have based on these pictures alone. The stickers shown here don't tell us what hardware your window uses, unfortunately. The best way for us to determine a match is to see a clear picture of of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible and unobscured.

Here are a few more detailed photos...

Please let me know what I need to replace the broken crank handle.

THANK YOU!

Thank you, Faith! This is perfect. Your operator appears to be a match for our 39-187 but look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see what you think. For a compatible handle, see our 39-114L.

Perfect! I do have one more photo that was just sent to me, but it appears to match what you said will work.

I appreciate your help!

This is the same operator as the one shown in your other pictures, right? As long as our dimensions match up to yours, I am confident this is what you want.
