good evening,

I have replaced my Operators and I have one window that stops and if I force it a little the window closes. I cannot find what is the hang up. any suggestions?

Hello, Meagan. Did this issue happen with the window before you replaced the operators, or did it only start happening after? Can you also tell me if the problem occurs when the operator is out of the window, or only when it's installed? A good way to check that is to just remove the operator and try closing the window by hand.

Basically, whenever this happens it's usually an issue with either the operator or hinge. I'm just trying to narrow that down.
