Casement Window Replacement Parts

Anderson Casement Windows. This plastic cover is cracked. It is part #7191B-33 as shown in photos. When operated the crank does not work because it relies on the plastic cover for leverage. The crank and plastic cover seem to be inseparable. I could not get them apart. I think we need to have them both. We need 2 of each. Thank you.
