I have casement windows and the bytom track is rusted away and I need replacement hardware

Hello,

Take a look at our 36-048 hinge set with a 10" long base. Please note that the top and bottom hinges should be replaced at the same time. Thanks for posting!

My 2005 Simonton casement Windows have a one bar operator
Will the 2 bar operator work on the windows

I'm not quite sure what you mean by your hinge having one bar. There is one bar that you can see and another that cradles that sash from below. Both arms attach to the 10" base screwed to the window sill.

My windows base is longer than the 10 inches so I ordered the 14inch base
