Casement Window Slides

A home owner from Grenloch, NJ says:
My Casement Window Slide has a piece of plastic broken off, and it grinds when it is operated. It is the right hand upper slide (looking from inside). I was not able to find the slides on your website. The hardware itself does not have any visible markings, the 1 picture shows the sticker for the window. I cannot remove the part right now, I can't risk not being able to re-install the window.

Unfortunately, we don't have an exact match for this hinge. I'm not sure if any of our hinges will replace it, either, but if any could then it would be the 36-048. As long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then I think this has a good chance of working. The video below will go into more detail.
