Casement Window Spring Loaded Riser

Question

The rail that makes the window go up & down, & the part that makes it stay open fell out. We need the parts for both sides of the window.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Would it be possible for us to see photos of the bottom fitting in undamaged condition? We will also need to see a photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel.
