Can you advise me on what gasket to order, these windows are leaking from the top seal, it appears to not have the ability to fill the gap to prevent water from intruding. These were installed in 2014 and I believe are Jeldwen W5500 Series, they are wood interrior and metal exterior. Thanks in advvance for your help.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I'm sorry to say that we don't sell this exact seal, though being a casement window I think our 58-055 may be worth considering. This is very commonly used on casement windows and looks like it installs the same way as the original. Despite the difference in shape, I think it's worth considering. My only concern is size. Review our dimensions and see what you think.
