Casement Window Track

Contractor from Massachusetts

To whom it may concern, good morning...

Attached photo's is a track from a kitchen casement window which swings outward. From looking from the inside of the kitchen this is the left side panel. The black piece (clip) seems to be worn down and is sliding off the track on the actually panel.

All together we are actually looking to replace the whole arm and clip, pretty much what the photos sure. As mentioned from the previous line this is the left side looking from inside but we are also looking to replace the right side this way both sides are new/updated.

Any support identifying the part numbers would be great.

Hello! Looks like you need a new casement hinge. We don't have your exact model, but I am very confident that you could get our 36-048 to work. You'll just have to replace the top and bottom at the same time. The 36-048 pair is neutral, so it can work for either a left or right hand window interchangeably. Let me know what you think!

So if I'm following you correctly, this model is replacing the entire assembly then? I wont have to order anything else, the will replace what was attached to the actual glass panel to the casement of the window?

Also reading the description of the item this comes with two so I only have to order 1 (one) of the 36-048 to replace both left & right?

Thanks,
Tiago

Hey, Tiago. That's right, this hinge set comes with both a top and bottom hinge, so you only need one set per sash. These will replace the entire hinge assembly you have on your window now, as shown in our video.

Let me know if you have any questions!
