The bottom track for this casement window is all bent up, throwing everything off kilter!
In this photo view the track is vertical. It is 10 inches long. Can you identify the part?

It sounds like you might be in need of new hinges. Take a look and compare our 36-048 hinge set with a 10" long base to yours. Thanks for posting!
