Casement Window Weather Stripping - Push in vinyl

I need to replace vinyl push in weather stripping for casement windows. See attached photo. I do not know name of window manufacturer. The window frame has a groove on all 4 sides to allow you to push in the striping which has an edge.
Looking for a replacement that comes in long strips that can easily be cut using a scissor. Thank you for your assistance.

Our 58-053 kerf mount bubble seal looks similar to what you are showing us. It even looks like it may install the same way. As long as your measurements and dimensions match up to ours, then you should be fine.
