Casement Window Weatherstrips Stationary and Moving

Sorry about the first two rotated images. Both the whitish stationary strip (first two images) and the strip (next three images) I pulled out of the moving frame need replacing. Windows are about 30 years old. I don't see a brand on them. The brown strip is about 1/2" on the flexing part and about 3/8" from the bottom of the channel part to the inner edge of the flex portion.

I can slide the brown pieces out of the window but how do you get the white stationary seal out of the frame?

Both are heavily degraded.
