13 45054 is stamped on the underside. I am looking for a thumb crank replacement for these.

This handle appears to be a match for our 39-114. We also sell the 39-205, which is the same handle but can fold.
Before you buy anything, you should first check to ensure that the diameter of the hole is 11/32". This is the size on both products mentioned above and they will not work if yours differs.

Thank you for your reply. It is almost impossible for me to tell (by measuring with a tape measure) whether they are 3/8ths or 11/32nds. Also, I am looking for a thumb crank replacement, not the full handle. Please reply.

Are you referring to the knob itself? If so, that's not something that's sold separately. These are only sold as the full handle.
As for the measurement, that's definitely something I would recommend confirming before you buy anything, just to be safe.
