I was looking for something more like your 39-375 / 39-376 to replace the handle and cover but am not sure those will work with the existing operators.

Oh, I see! It looks like your cover is built into the base of the operator itself which means it can't be removed. If that's the case, you'll need to replace the entire operator in order to use the 39-375 and 39-376 folding handle with cover. See our 39-220B and 39-221B and compare our dimensions with yours to confirm these match up.
