Casement Window crank handle

I'm having a difficult time sourcing replacement handles that fit my year 2000 casement windows (I believe they are Milgard). The spindle is six sided (P4601) and I've only found replacements that are 11 or 12 splines. Any chance you have the part?

Hey there. This looks like ROTO hardware. If the hex is 5/16", the 39-230 Handle might work. Please review.
