Hello -
Attached are pictures of a casement window lock that I am searching for a replacement for. I could not find this on your website. My window does not have any manufacturer markings on it, but I believe the manufacturer is Ply Gem. The windows were installed in 2012.
Please let me know if you are about to acquire a replacement.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the casement window lock shown in your photos. If you believe that you have Ply Gem windows, I would recommend reaching out to them directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Ok thanks for your response. Interestingly enough, I previously reached out to Ply Gem who told me to talk to Swisco!

That is not uncommon since many window manufacturers know that we carry a lot of hard-to-find replacement parts but, unfortunately, that is not the case for this particular lock assembly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
