Casement Window parts

Question

I have a casement window approx 46"X33"X3". The parts are rusted, broken. I need the following pieces:

Pic #1: The crank operator housing is 5" in length; the gear of Crank Op w/ 2 extending arms, (1 straight, 1 bent at elbow), sits atop silver plate 5" long secured with screws 1.5" apart. Btm hinge connects to btm window frame is 10" has #32062 stamped on it. Btm hinge secured to a 2-sided silver plate 13" long, 3/4" wide and 1/4" wide, 3 screws securing it to window frame, 1st 2 screws separated by 3.5" and between 2nd and 3rd screw, 4". Plate has #40986 stamped on it.

Pic #2: A pic of "some sort of something or other" attached to btm silver plate that btm hinge attaches to.

Pic #3: Top hinge at top of window has 2 pieces, (or maybe it's 2 pieces that comprise 1 piece)? Smaller piece of hinge attached to window is 5" and has at least 4 screws 1.5" apart. The larger piece is 10" and has #32062 stamped on it. The 10" long piece is seemingly associated with a silver track 13" long, is 2-sided, (I think), 1/2" and 1/4" wide.

Pic #4: There's a component that is associated with the top hinge, not sure what it is, but guess it helps the top hinge open the window;

Pic #5: Shows track under btm of window that the 2 crank operator arms slide into. Track seems to be 15" in length. There's "something or other" that the crank operator arm fits into, some sort of small housing unit.

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators. This operator uses the 39-529 track slider at the end of the straight arm which appears to match your 5th picture. Compare dimensions to determine a good fit! Also see the 39-451 and 39-452 or the 39-375 and 39-376 cover/handle depending on style preference.

It sounds like you have a 13" sill track hinge. Unfortunately we do not carry this exact length. The best we can offer is the 10" 36-048 or the 14" 36-049 2-bar hinge sets. These hinges come with the black track slider in your other pictures. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. Compare dimensions to determine the best fit for your window. We also have stainless steel options available under 36-004-10 and 36-004-14.
