Casement Window replacement operator (crank hardware)

A quick learner from Chicago Illinois says:
Unable to close window completely with crank, window have to be pushed from outside to close.

If the window has to be manually pushed to close, then this may be an issue with the operator. All the same, I'd also examine your hinge to make sure there's no damage, or that there's no debris that could be interfering with how it slides.
