Casement Window slide/operator

Question

Hello,
Trying to identify this 10-15 year old window mechanism.
I have 5 of these windows.
I believe they are "Interlock" brand

One of the windows is missing the black plastics glide/slide that supports the weight of the window. This part seems to be quite a unique design.

I have been unable to find anything like this design online.

If I can't find this part - happy to consider a modern update/upgrade with the same dimensions.

Hi, Damian.

We don't have this exact style of hinge but take a look at our 36-048. This should work fine for you, so long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. See what you think!
