Casement Window weatherstripping

Recently purchased this house and the windows appear to be Weather Shield Proshield Series casement windows. As noted in the attached photos, the weather stripping across the bottom of most of the windows is rotted out and looking for replacement weatherstripping to get me by until I can replace them (most of the windows have blown seals and flaky operators due to neglect. I am estimating at this point that I will need about 42 linear feet of replacement just to do the bottom edges. Please advise what my options are for replacement material and what size/quantities are available.

I compared and the bulb is closer to 1/4" and the base height just under 1/4", but I expect some of that may be the age (17 years). Looks to be the correct part.
